The current patient management process relies on fragmented, legacy systems for patient registration, scheduling, and billing, leading to data silos, high reconciliation efforts, and delayed cash flow. Specifically, the non-integration between clinical systems and the central ERP necessitates manual data entry for billing, resulting in a high incidence of claim rejections and errors. A centralized SAP IS-H solution is required to unify these processes and reduce administrative overhead.
